ABOUT
ABOUT ME
I am a writer with a passion for personal narratives, creative nonfiction, and poetry. I am a mother, a journalist, an experience-enthusiast, and an advocate for anyone whose voice has been silenced.
WHAT I'VE DONE
My work has been featured in many magazines and other print and digital spaces, such as Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Entropy Magazine, TulipTree Review, and the International Human Rights Arts Festival. I was a finalist for the 2019 Conger J. Beasley Jr. Award for Nonfiction. My first book, More Than a Diagnosis, was published in August 2020. All the proceeds benefit The Brain Possible, a foundation that supports children who are differently-abled and their families.
